Cancellation & Refund Policy: You have a right to cancel your services purchased within 3 days, and get a full refund within the first 3 days since your payment has been made, of all services not performed by that time.

You can opt out of our services at any time, and no refund will be applied after the 3-day window.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to keep the integrity of the business!

If a client cancels scheduled cleaning/maintenance within less than 24 hrs, we will charge the full fee and won't reimburse the missed day.

Payment Due Dates: All of our monthly services are charged in advance. Payments are due on the first of each month for the beginning of the said month. For customers that join our services halfway into the month, we will charge the remaining of the month in the first invoice.

Late Fees: For invoices that haven’t been paid in 10 days a $10 Late Fee will incur, which will be added to the following invoice.

If payment has not been done by the 14th day from the payment due date, we will stop servicing the residence/commercial entity until payment has been made.

Note that if by stopping our services due to a late payment your pool starts turning green, has new algae, or any deterioration in its water quality, the price to get the pool back to crystal clear will be higher than the set weekly/bi-weekly maintenance price.

Storms on scheduled dates:

In the case that heavy rain and/or thunderstorm happens on the scheduled cleaning/maintenance date, we reserve our right to use any metal work instruments, such as poles, machinery, etc.
In severe weather conditions, we will only do the following: chemical water balance, emptying of the skimmer basket and pump basket, and equipment check.

Holidays:
We reserve the right to re-schedule maintenance/cleanings on major holiday dates.

Reimbursement of Paid cleanings/maintenance:
If for any major reason, out of our control, we cannot perform the scheduled maintenance and we are not able to re-schedule in the same week, we will reimburse you for that missed day.
